I have always been amazed on how wedding coordinators and planners make every wedding an event any couple will look forward to. Of course, they may probably take some special education with regards to their profession and that made them the most sought after wedding planner.
Starting with the basic and initial aspect in every marrying couple, these wedding coordinators do their very best in conceptualizing and making the couple’s wedding stationery. But of course, there are factors that they ask first from their clients before proceeding on the actual making of their wedding invites. Some of the important details that they should know first based on the couple’s answers and personal preferences are the following:
1. Materials- wedding planners should ask first the marrying couple about the kind of material they want for their wedding stationery. Of course, most often than not, getting married is a first time experience for both bride and groom to be. They may have ample idea with regards to this matter but at least they can say what they have in mind. During the process, the wedding planner should listen and be open to the couple’s insights and suggestions. The only help their wedding planner can give are few grammar corrections, sentence constructions and most especially, the way they should present and incorporate these wordings to the actual wedding invites.
3. Colour- based on the couple’s preferences, the motif of their wedding stationery should be in accordance to the actual of the whole wedding entourage and reception. In some instances, the couple has their own personal reason why they choose such motif. It may be related to their love story or something that plays a significant role to their history.
4. Concepts and Designs- of course, long before the marrying couple decided to get married, they may have the perfect wedding stationery on their minds. Incorporating this long time vision on their actual wedding invitations could make a deep impact both on the couple and their guests. Final decisions will still have to come from the marrying couples despite the presence of their wedding planner. Most importantly, their wedding stationery should show their personalities other than those of other people.
